Submissions are now being accepted from current students for the 2019 Cleo and James Marston Fitch Prize. Named in honor of James Marston Fitch (1909-2000), the founder of the Columbia Historic Preservation program, this prize is awarded annually for the best paper or project completed during the first year of studies. Submissions may include projects completed by an individual or team of two.

Through the generous contributions of PA members, in recent years the prize has carried a $500 award. For more information and a list of past recipients, see here.

Send all submissions and any questions to info@preservationalumni.org by Friday, September 13th at 5:00 pm. The Fitch Prize will be awarded at the Fall Party.
